Ciudadano se salva de un ataque armado en Quito | 17 de Julio del 2026 | Lo que pasó hoy
Fake raids in Manabí and an unstoppable wave of armed robberies are shaking the nation's news. In an alarming modus operandi, criminals linked to the Los Lobos criminal organization wore vests and uniforms of the National Directorate of Specialized Investigations (Dinased) to break into homes in Montecristi and carry out high-impact attacks. Terror also gripped the San Isidro del Inca sector in northern Quito, where a citizen managed to evade armed men on motorcycles by quickly taking refuge in his garage. Meanwhile, in Guayaquil, outrage is growing after a video went viral showing a man who, in broad daylight and on the same motorcycle, committed three consecutive robberies, pointing a firearm at pedestrians and drivers in Kennedy Norte. Additionally, the police warned about organized gangs operating in the Bahía area, using radios to profile and ambush their victims. To curb this crime, a major operation deployed in the north-central part of the Ecuadorian capital resulted in fifty arrests, following the seizure of rifles, narcotics, stolen vehicles, and contraband liquor. ==================================================== Visit our official website at: ► http://www.teleamazonas.com/ ================================================== Follow us on social media: ► Facebook: / teleamazonas. . ► Instagram: / teleamazonasec ► Twitter: / teleamazonasec ► LinkedIn: / tele. . ► Pinterest: / teleamazonas ► TikTok: / teleamazonasec #teleamazonas #Ecuador
