This is Kwangmanito from Manimani~^^ This time, we visited the dumpling restaurant "Seonbi Mandu Main Branch" located in Kimnyangjang-dong, Cheoin-gu, Yongin-si, Gyeonggi-do. There are three dumpling restaurants in Yongin Central Market, each with their own unique charm, but Seonbi Mandu boasts the longest history, with 41 years of tradition. This place was featured on SBS's "Master of Living" and is currently run by the second-generation owner and his wife. About three years ago, after filming at Hyangri Restaurant in Yongin Central Market, I happened to stop by and thought, "If I get the chance, I definitely want to come back for a shoot." I briefly mentioned it to the owner and left. The thought suddenly came to mind this time, and I decided to visit. Recently, to satisfy my personal craving for chewy noodles, I prepared a large washbasin and devoured five servings of the king-sized jjolmyeon. The meat and kimchi dumplings, which I've enjoyed before, also lived up to my expectations. This visit was especially meaningful as I was able to meet so many subscribers and greet them warmly. 😊 I was deeply grateful for the kindness and consideration of the owners throughout the shoot.
