Panna Cotta de Baileys Postre Facil y Elegante

A very special panna cotta. All the smoothness of panna cotta with the unique flavor of Bailey's Original Cream Liqueur. The perfect ending to a dinner with friends or for two. For adults only. Ingredients: • 300 ml heavy cream or whipping cream at room temperature • 150 ml whole milk • 150 ml Bailey's Original Cream Liqueur • 6 tablespoons sugar • 6 tablespoons cold water • 12 g – (1 sachet) unflavored powdered gelatin • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Optional Decoration: Chocolate shavings, Chantilly cream, or chocolate Chantilly cream Preparation: • Mix the gelatin with 6 tablespoons of water in a small bowl, stir briefly, and let it sit for 5 minutes to soften. • In a small saucepan, add the milk, Baileys, sugar, and vanilla, and heat over low heat. • When it starts to boil, remove from the heat and add the prepared gelatin, stirring until completely dissolved. • Finally, add the cream and stir until well combined. • Fill the mold or glasses, passing the mixture through a fine sieve to avoid any gelatin lumps. • Depending on the size (mold or glasses), refrigerate for about 2 hours or until set. • Serve with chocolate shavings or a rosette of Chantilly cream or chocolate Chantilly cream.
