3 LONG DAYS on Kedgwick & Restigouche Rivers / CANOE Camping

These rivers will keep you "on your toes", not really a white water trip but still, you have to watch for the submerged rocks. Remarkable canoe trip in a semi-remote area. We spent 2 nights, one on the Kedgwick River, and the second on the Restigouche River. We planned to stay another night on the Restigouche but a storm was coming and we bailed out. Later we heard that winds up to 90km/h were recorded at night. Good decision to shorten the trip. After we passed the Patapedia River, Quebec was on the left, and New Brunswick was on the right. Interesting border! And we can say we skinny dip on a border. That was a first!
