So what did it take? Well it wasn't just duct tape and lemon water. Ok maybe there was some duct tape. But... We documented the entire gym renovation all through out the process. We wanted to bring you through with us, to see what went into making it happen! From day one to opening day and all the countless hours of blood, sweat and tears in between. and yes... there was all three.
