How to service the lower legs on your Fox FIT suspension fork

If you’re lucky enough to have a Fox fork bolted to the front of your bike then you’ll want to take care of it. It won’t replace a periodic full strip-down (Fox recommends 125 hours/annually), but it will clean the worst of the crap out, keep the seals running in fresh lube and eradicate any air that has built up in the lower legs.
