Day 2 in Dalat was a full day of contrasts — from adrenaline to quiet scenic moments, and ending with the energy of the night market. We started the morning at the Datanla Alpine Coaster, a well-known attraction set within the forested hills of Dalat. The newer track stretches up to around 2,400 metres and is often marketed as one of the longest alpine coasters in Asia. 💰 Alpine Coaster Pricing (approx.) • ~150,000 – 250,000 VND per ride (~$6–10 USD) depending on track and ticket type • Online bookings can start from ~SGD 7+ (~$5–6 USD) It’s a unique experience where you control your own speed as you wind through the forest — equal parts scenic and thrilling. After that, we visited a scenic viewpoint that has been gaining popularity online. With sweeping views of Dalat’s hills and valleys, it’s an ideal spot for photography — and especially great for drone flying. We then stopped for a local Vietnamese lunch before heading to the historic Dalat Railway Station.
