When the JSON-formatted data is received, it's sent to a callback function, which processes it and extracts the included parameters. The JSON-formatted data specifies the pan and tilt of a servo-powered USB camera mount. I go over the process, step-by-step, of how to write code using the Arduino IDE. One of the most common tasks when using the ESP8266 is setting it up as a device that connects to a network and responds to traffic on it (i.e., a web server).
