In this video, I explore Microsoft Music Producer, a forgotten music creation tool hidden inside Visual InterDev, and attempt to make a full song using only its untouched MIDI files and sounds. From pop, trance, and metal, to styles like "Mysterious Cave" (whatever that means), this strange little program tried to automate music before “AI music” was even a concept.
