Welcome to Part 2 of my complete gameplay walkthrough for The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild! Following the old King's dramatic revelation on the Great Plateau, we take a leap of faith with our new Paraglider and soar out into the wider kingdom of Hyrule! Our journey takes us straight toward the Dueling Peaks Tower, where we activate the Sheikah Sensor to track down hidden shrines. Afterward, we stop by the Dueling Peaks Stable, gather rumors from the locals, and head out into the wild to catch and register our very first horse! Riding across Kakariko Bridge, we run into the giant Korok, Hestu. After rescuing his stolen Maracas from a camp of monsters, he uses his magical dance to upgrade our inventory before heading off toward the Korok Forest. We press onward and finally arrive at the scenic Kakariko Village! Inside the village hall, we meet the elder, Impa. She reveals the epic history of the Calamity from 10,000 years ago, tells us what truly happened during the fall of Hyrule 100 years ago, and passes along Princess Zelda's urgent message: we must free the Four Divine Beasts!
