Yokomen uchi Ude Garami
Ude Garami is a technique found in several martial arts, be it Judo, Jiu Jitsu, Krav Maga, among others. In Aikido, it is a traditional technique, although it is not considered a basic technique, like Ikkyo, Shiho Nage and Irimi Nage. There are countless ways to apply it, here in the video I explore what in my view is the basic form and some possible variations that I use in my practice. Filmed at Seimeikan Dojo, Rua Vergueiro, 7428, Ipiranga, São Paulo/ SP, Brazil. Filming and editing: Stefano Fernandes (808 films) Uke: Eduardo Marquez (5th dan) Dogi, Hakama and track: @Tamashii Kokoro Leonardo Sensei teaches classes at Seimeikan Dojo, Rua Vergueiro, 7428, Ipiranga. www.aikidoleonardosodre.com.br
