Freediving safari in Sataya, Egypt 2024

March 2024 I joined a one-week freediving safari. March was great, because there were way less other diving boats around. Our ship was the only sailboat in the southern red sea: The Red Sea 1. We visited Sataya, with its friendly dolphins. A nearby dive site is Nemo Reef with the big anemone-colony, 12m tall pinnacles AND those beautiful caves. Its my absolute favorite so far. The wreck and coral gardens are at Hamata. Thanks to Daniel Weishoff for organising the safari! Thanks to the crew and thanks to Marko Göhle, who filmed the few shots of me.
