CheeseSteak Stromboli

Great recipe that you can make with either sweet or hot peppers and your favorite cheeses Ingredients: 1lb of lean deli roast beef Salt & pepper to taste 3 cloves of minced garlic 3 sliced bell peppers (I used green, yellow and orange peppers. You can also you hot peppers of your choice) 1 onion sliced 2 cups of shredded mozzarella Pizza dough. I buy mine at the local pizza parlor. You can buy it in markets frozen or make your own. In a pan heat some olive oil on medium heat. Add the garlic. As soon as the garlic gets fragrant add the peppers and onions and sauté for about 8 to 10 minutes until the vegetables get wilted. Spread out your dough into a large rectangle. Spread out your roast beef and add some salt and pepper. After the peppers have cooled a bit spread them over your roast beef. top with your cheese. Then roll up your Stromboli and seals the edges. drizzle with olive oil to coat it. Bake at 400 for about 30 minutes or until nice and dark golden.
