Spiti Water Crossing: XPulse vs Himalayan vs Interceptor vs Apache

How do you deal with water crossings? Slow and steady or just throttle it out? During our Spiti ride earlier this year, we came across this water crossing on our way to Chandrataal, a massive lake about 14,100 feet high. Everyone was taking the slow and easy approach while crossing the water, which I don't agree is the best way to do it - you can see people getting stuck on rocks. I feel, to tackle a situation like this, momentum is key and I stuck to my gut feeling. Let me know what you think of this video in the comments below.
