Thallen vs Ymiret damage testing: Mid Gear (Watcher of Realms)

I've been wanting to test damage on two much-hyped heroes that I happened to pull in the last month: Thallen and Ymiret. Both are pretty solid heroes, but can they do damage? I test with some mid gear, trying to make the comparison as similar stat-wise as possible, using Gear Raid 1 as the test bed. Let's see who comes out on top in this (super scientific) comparison!
