Half a century of separation and an unforgettable meeting. The Baltic Pedagogical College once again brought its graduates together. This time, special ones. The “golden” class of 1976 gathered at their alma mater. Today, they are experienced teachers, famous scientists, and successful managers. But here, within these walls, they have once again plunged into their carefree student youth. To where their great life journey was just beginning fifty years ago. Former students admit that it was the Baltic Pedagogical College that became their main springboard into the profession. They fondly recall funny stories from their couples and wise advice from their mentors. They say they are happy that, despite the years and distance, they managed to maintain this strong bond. On this festive day, they also remembered those who did not live to see the golden jubilee. The memory of colleagues and teachers who have passed away was honored with a minute of silence. Graduates assure: bright memories of them will always live in their hearts. The meeting after half a century proved: years are powerless before true student friendship. And the native college forever remains a place where youth comes to life.
