Abstract: Celiac disease (CD) is an enteropathy characterized by permanent intolerance to gluten, found in wheat, barley, and rye. This condition has become increasingly common in the general population, which encourages us to seek a greater understanding of the disease. The objective of this webinar is to discuss the care and assistance provided to individuals with CD in primary healthcare, particularly regarding dietary care, as permanent gluten exclusion from the diet is the only therapeutic approach.
