1972 Gator Bowl

This is the 12/30/1972 Colorado vs Auburn game. The Gator Bowl. In 1971 The Big Eight, which included the Buffalos ruled college football. Auburn and the SEC were victems of the Big Eight's sucess and had something to prove. Of course this Auburn team had something to prove all year and every time doubters arose The Tigers would squash them like files. This was the final chapter of the Amazins. They are one of the graet stories in SEC history and won one of the most incredible games in conference history. No doubters remain. I claim no rights.
