5lb Steak & Chicken Queso Burrito Challenge in My Hometown w/ @KatinaEatsKilos

This past November 2020, Katina DeJarnett came home with me to my family's Thanksgiving festivities in St Peters, Missouri just outside the St Louis, MO area. A few days after the Thanksgiving feast, we went nearby to Maria Bonita Mexican Grill and attempted their 5lb "Baby" Burrito Challenge which had previously been highly requested by my family and friends. Katina and I each had 30 short minutes to finish 5lb burritos served wet with 3 big burrito tortillas. She ordered her burrito with all ground beef. I ordered mine as a 5lb steak & chicken queso burrito which was so delicious!! We were each trying to win our $32 burritos free and spots on the Wall of Fame. Thanks to everyone with Maria Bonita Mexican Grill for the delicious food, drinks, and hospitality!! St Peters, MO has been my family's hometown since we moved there back in my 4th grade. For this food challenge on their menu, there is a 30 minute time limit to finish everything. There are 3 big tortillas filled with your choice of ground beef, chicken, and/or juicy steak. The burrito is also filled with Mexican rice, cheese, lettuce, beans, and more, served wet. It is topped with red enchilada sauce, green chili verde salsa, and/or white queso sauce. Winners get the $32 burrito meal free and their name & photo posted on the Wall of Fame!!
