Here's a lucky find from an eBay lot I recently acquired. There's even more breaks that I haven't uploaded from this tape. Interestingly, the Scooby Doo powerhouse bumpers are narrated by Frank Welker and the rest of the content is Doug Preis. Also because this is from Summer 2002, there's a bunch of PPG movie ads.
