Using L45 Hydrogen Torch System: Part 1 of 3

In Part 1 of a 3-part video series, John Sartin walks through the steps necessary to assemble, prepare, start-up and use the L45 hydrogen torch system. He reviews all the items that come with the machine, plus mentions what other consumables and additional things you'll need when using this torch, including mixing items and safety equipment. Next he shows how to correctly mix the electrolyte solution and the flux solution; then shows how to carefully fill the machine with electrolyte solution and the booster tank with flux solution. The booster tank, hose and torch are then attached to the machine and the machine is turned on. A torch tip is installed and John shows how to set the machine correctly for the chosen tip size. Finally, John reviews how to correctly and safely light and extinguish the hydrogen torch.
