Testing my new Guo "New Voice" flute

I just got this flute a few days ago, so I thought I'd give it a try and upload something, though I look a bit spooky from this shooting angle. Nevermind that, this is a Guo "New Voice" flute, and I'm quite amazed by it. It maybe the most fun to play flute I've ever tried, it responds perfectly in all registers and it's so light you can hardly believe it. Here I'm playing Charlie Parker's "Yardbird Suite" to hear how it sounds in Jazz, and I'm quite happy with the result. I recorded it with my Audio-Technica Pro70 mic directly on the flute, no EQ, just some cheap reverb (and there's a bit too much of it here).
