Recipe Ingredients: 1000 g milk 50 g sugar 1 pinch of salt 220 g rice pudding 2 tsp. homemade vanilla sugar Place the milk, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, and rice pudding in the mixing bowl and cook without a measuring cup for 38-45 minutes/90°C//speed 1. Transfer the rice pudding to a bowl, let it stand for 15 minutes, and serve warm or cold, sprinkled with sugar or a sugar-cinnamon mixture if desired. Tip: As a sweet main course, this recipe serves 3-4 servings. If you halve the recipe, the cooking time is reduced to 35 minutes. If you increase the recipe by 1.5 times the amount, the cooking time increases to 41 minutes.
