Weekly VLOG | When Life Goes From Normal to Wait, What?! Car Chat, Shopping, EMERGENCY ROOM Visit!!!

Hey beautiful people! Life really threw me some curveballs this week, and I wanted to share the real, unfiltered version of what that looked like. This vlog is a compilation of some very realistic days in my life that honestly shows how quickly things can change. I start with a random car chat (because sometimes the car is the only quiet place to think!), then you'll see me grocery shopping for a family cookout, running errands, and treating myself to quick Sephora and Ulta runs. But then life really said "plot twist" and I ended up in the ER getting an EKG and chest X-ray to rule out anything heart related or a blood clot. I'm sharing this because I want you to see that life isn't always planned or pretty. Sometimes we go from picking out new makeup to sitting in a hospital gown in the same day. That's just reality, and I think it's important to normalize that our lives aren't always the highlight reels we see online. Thankfully, everything turned out okay, but it was definitely a reminder to listen to our bodies and not ignore warning signs. Sometimes the most ordinary days can take the most unexpected turns.
