Originally a media executive, Kathleen quickly pivoted away from corporate into entrepreneurialism to lead talent in her industry, launching her own head hunters, the much-loved and celebrated Lighthouse Company, which she ran successfully for 12 years. Then came another impassioned life pivot as she followed her calling once more, certifying as a psychotherapist and harnessing her own experiences of trauma to focus on healing both herself and others. She co-founded her clinic, Psyched Global, and quickly built an international practice spanning both London and New York. A rapidly accelerating social media influencer, a Stylist columnist, soon-to-be author and proud mum of two, Kathleen oozes graceful productivity and radiates impact in a uniquely soft, energising and downright lovely way.
