Today I tackle a subject that has been on my mind ever since spoilers started for Modern Horizons III. I knew that WotC was pushing more Eldrazi stuff and a thought always lurked in the back of my mind...are we about to enter into another Eldrazi Winter? What I mean by Eldrazi Winter is referring to a time in Magic's history where new Eldrazi cards started to infect EVERY other format. There was no reason not to play Eldrazi as they are like artifacts, colorless payoffs. Eldrazi had a great curve and powerful benefits. Are we in for the same thing to happen in Commander as we move forward with powerful new sets and new cards being released more consistently right now?
