A lecture I have given in various places in Australia, the UK, and on a Nile cruise about the astonishing story of the Dutch East Indiaman Batavia in 1629 with my own unique take on the story. Please note that I refer to an edict of Constantine I regarding Christianity. The CORRECT date is AD 313. In an unscripted talk, slips like this are unavoidable.
