Prep Time: About 15–20 minutes Cook Time: 12 minutes Total Time: About 30 minutes Yield: 5-6 pizza puffs 🍕Ingredients 2 large egg whites 1/2- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Turkey pepperoni, chopped or left whole 1–2 teaspoons pizza seasonings: garlic powder, Italian seasoning, basil etc Instructions 1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (204°C). 2. Spray a muffin tin generously with nonstick cooking spray or EVOO 3. In a clean bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. 4.
