I found a suitcase full of valuable (and interesting!) antiques!

Antiques are all about stories. Money, yes of course and I’ll tell you how much these things are worth, but there are always fascinating stories attached to all antiques and this find is a perfect example I’ve just visited a client in Halifax, West Yorkshire to inspect some watercolours and at the same time I found this old 1960’s suitcase full of interesting and valuable antiques Take a look at the whole suitcase and you’ll discover it tells a story about the family, dating back to the 1930’s In it I found a very good collection of Royal Worcester fruit painted plates /teacups and saucers (I’ll also show you how you can easily date Royal Worcester items) and 24 Royal Copenhagen Christmas plates. All collected over a 40 year period from the early 1960’s How much is it all worth and did the family make good investments? The items will be sold in auction.
