Tent Camping by the River - Cooking Under the Heavy Rain

Summer is simply too beautiful to be spent within four walls. During this season, nature comes alive with fresh air, lush green forests, and vibrant rivers, inviting us to step outside and experience its beauty. This time, I ventured deep into a pristine forest in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, far away from the noise and rush of everyday life. I set up my campsite beside a powerful, fast-flowing river whose endless sound brought a sense of peace that words can hardly describe. I pitched my tent, lit a campfire, and prepared my meal in the heart of nature. Every breath of fresh mountain air and every quiet moment in that breathtaking landscape filled me with a deep sense of freedom, gratitude, and peace. The songs of the birds, the soothing rhythm of the rushing river, and later, the gentle rain falling through the trees created such a magical atmosphere that I wished I could stay there for days—perhaps even weeks—living in harmony with nature. Moments like these remind me that sometimes, all we need to find true peace is to step away from the busyness of life and return to the place where we truly belong.
