The data used in this webinar was started from a support call he received from a user racing at the Daytona road race course. The webinar starts with the original contact from the user and the support provided and then rolls into additional support provided over a race weekend and ends with a video support call where vehicle health (in this case focusing on a low oil pressure warning) and several additional questions resolved for the user.
