I Bought a Mini Excavator from China… and Ended Up Starting a Business!

About a year ago, I made a fairly bold impulse purchase and ordered a mini excavator directly from China. What started as a personal project eventually turned into something much bigger. After the original video reached millions of views, I was invited to visit the factory, meet the people behind the machines, and was later offered the opportunity to become their exclusive dealer in Norway. In this video, I share the journey of starting Frengen Maskin, preparing the showroom and warehouse, working with the factory, and getting ready for the first shipment of machines. Starting this company has taken up most of my free time over the past six months, but I have no plans to stop making YouTube videos. Working on projects and sharing them through this channel has become one of my greatest passions and hobbies, and it is something I truly enjoy doing. I want to continue sharing both the successes and the challenges along the way. Hopefully, these videos can teach someone something, provide some entertainment, or inspire others to build something and pursue their own ideas.
