This praline crunch snack mix a wonderful combination of sweet, salty and crunchy. It's perfect to take to a party, share with your family and friends or keep it just for yourself! Recipe 8 cups of Crispix Cereal 2 cups of roughly chopped pecans 1/2 packed, dark brown sugar 1/2 cup light corn syrup 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 cup salted butter (1 stick) 1/2 tsp baking soda 1. Preheat oven to 250F. Lightly spray a baking pan with cooking spray. 2. Combine the cereal and pecans in a large bowl. 3. In a medium saucepan, over medium high heat, combine the brown sugar, butter and corn syrup. Bring to a boil, stirring regularly for about a minute, do not let it burn. 4. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla and baking soda. 5. Pour the butter mixture over the cereal mixture and gently combine, coating evenly. 6. Pour cereal mixture onto the prepared baking pan and spread out evenly.
