This is is our bugout bag setup. My take is more of an outdoors pack with some extra food (I use it all the time) while my wife's bag is used just for the purpose of being prepared and keeping in her vehicle in case of an emergency. I forgot to mention a small battery bank and charger as well as 2 way radios (we keep them topped off).
