7.62x39mm Russian SKS (1951 Tula)
Review, including shooting segments, of a 7.62x39mm Russian 1951 Tula Arsenal SKS. Shooting distances up to 200 yards. All shooting is with 122 gr Tula FMJ ammo, non-corrosive. The AR500 steel targets I'm using were purchased from Challenge Targets and also MGM (Mike Gibson) Targets. Shooting segments were filmed on private property with known and ample backstops. CAMERA: Sony HDR-CX560 and HDR-PJ650, 60p, 28 mbps, 1920 x 1080 HD; also an iPhone 5S. RENDERING: Sony Vegas Pro 13, MP4, 60p, 32 bit, 19 mbps.
