Harvesting these giant fruits basket after basket was exciting because it showed the results of months of care and patience. The avocados were rich, creamy, and buttery with a smooth texture and delicious nutty flavor. The fully ripe fruits were soft and satisfying, making them perfect for fresh eating and homemade meals.
