According to a survey published by The Economic Times, 34% of Indian employees have admitted to having had an office affair. That means 1 in every 3 professionals has, at some point, crossed this line at work. A dating app called Gleeden, similar to Tinder or Bumble but exclusively for married individuals, reported a shocking 270% rise in Indian users as of December 2024. Even more concerning, a survey by Gleeden revealed that 25% of Indian corporate employees are currently cheating on their spouses. The most disturbing part? There’s hardly any guilt. The survey found that 71% of women and 61% of men didn’t consider extramarital affairs immoral. This data clearly reflects a major shift in India’s social and moral landscape especially in urban, corporate environments.
