I saw so much puke while making this video. After living in Sweden for more than four years, I FINALLY got to try the infamous surströmming! Surströmming translates to "sour herring," and it's known for its distinct smell of... feces. There's really no classy way to describe it. 🥴 I got the full experience by visiting Ulla Winbladh in Stockholm.
