Hermanados en el peligro: cinematográfico rescate en alta mar
On May 21, 1982, after attacking the frigate Ardent and having his A4Q Skyhawk damaged by British fire, naval aviator José Arca was forced to eject and fell into the sea. He would have perished were it not for the intrepid and selfless maneuver of a helicopter pilot, Petty Officer Martín San Miguel, who, in a risky action, managed to save him. Forty-four years after the event, the two combatants had a moving encounter, in which they reminisced about the dramatic episode. This short documentary is the second chapter of the series "Our Heroes," produced by the Malvinas War Directorate, headed by war correspondent Nicolás Kasanzew, and directed by filmmaker Maximiliano Gerscovich.
