Generation 1 - Wang Lang, the Founder of Praying Mantis Kung Fu at Lao Shan 王朗 嶗山

In this video we explore Laoshan, the temple-filled mountain range that seems to be at the heart of every Mantis kung fu origin story recorded, including the one documented by Wong Honfan. I also provide some historical references for types of people who overlap with the mysterious founder in time and description.
