Wow! Have You Seen Owosso Speedway? Nicest Short Track in America My draw dropped when I walked through the gate. Billed as Michigan's oldest speedway, Owosso Speedway looks more like Michigan's newest speedway...absolutely incredible. According the Kevin Harvick, it's the nicest short track in America...and after you see this short track palace, you just may agree.
