In this video, I show you how to make SIMPLE & luxurious chocolate ganache covered strawberries and delicious, smooth hot chocolate. Osage joins us during the intro of the video for a purring session :) To follow along with this recipe, you'll need: Chocolate Ganache Covered Strawberries: Recipe yields enough ganache for about 8 large strawberries. 1/2 cup good quality semi-sweet chocolate (chips or diced, to melt) 1/4 cup quality heavy whipping cream small pinch of salt 8 large strawberries, rinsed in cold water & patted dry Hot Chocolate: 5-6 Tablespoons of Ghirardelli "Double Chocolate" hot coco mix 2 cups whole milk (or whatever percentage milk you prefer) Feel free to top this with whipped cream or marshmallows :) Triggers: Crinkling, mouth sounds, water/liquid sounds/pouring liquid sounds, kitchen sounds, tutorial, food, methodical cooking, whispering, lip smacking, swallowing sounds, Osage the cat purring, slow hand movements, cloth sounds, stirring gently, chocolate.
