How to make Bokashi
Bokashi means fermented organic matter. So you can do this process to any dry organic matter. I use bokashi primarily for composting. I used 1 pint of molasses and 1 pint of LAB to 5 gallons of tap water. The dry materials are wheat bran and rice hulls. The mixture anaerobically ferments for approximately 2 weeks. At that time, the bokashi must be completely dried out for storage.
