We Travelled to Qaqortoq, Greenland On A Cruise Ship! This Was Unexpected!

This is one of the most UNEXPECTED countries we'd ever thought we'd visit. After ticking off our bucket list destination, Iceland, a few days ago, it's crazy to think we were then about to tick off GREENLAND! What the heck!? Ludvig and I both brainstormed, and realised that we don't know any body who's been here before... Today, we head to one of the best places to visit in Greenland, Qaqortoq. Welcome to Qaqortoq! Pronounced “Kak or tock” ..we think, although we may butcher that word throughout this video… Qaqortoq is the fifth-largest town in greenland, and with 3000 inhabitants, it’s biggest town in southern Greenland. It boasts that classic picturesque landscape that you would imagine when thinking of this unique country. Steep rolling hills dotted with brightly coloured houses, that looked like little legos, 18th century colonial buildings, interesting stone carvings and some of the smiliest people you can imagine.
