A Guide to Conducting a Musical
Conducting any number of musicians in a band or orchestra in a musical, can be daunting if it's your first time, but it doesn't need to be. Stop concentrating and putting all your efforts into learning technique and get to know the music you're leading. Once you've done this, how you conduct will become natural. After doing this for over 36 years I want to share how it doesn't need to be as complicated as some would have you to believe.
