Minutes and Other Documents of Horizontal Property: Their Custody, Delivery, and Legal Handling ARTICLE 47. MINUTES. The decisions of the assembly shall be recorded in minutes signed by the president and the secretary, which must indicate whether it is an ordinary or extraordinary meeting, as well as the method of convening, the agenda, the names and capacities of the attendees, their private unit and its respective share, and the votes cast in each case. In the event that the Assembly decides to appoint individuals to verify the drafting of the minutes, those appointed must do so within the term established by the regulations, and failing that, within twenty (20) business days following the date of the respective meeting. Within a period not exceeding twenty (20) business days from the date of the meeting, the administrator must make a complete copy of the minutes available to the building or complex owners at the designated administrative office and inform each owner accordingly. The date and place of publication will be recorded in the minutes book. A duly signed copy of the minutes will be sufficient proof of the facts recorded therein, unless the falsity of the copy or the minutes is proven. The administrator must provide a copy of the minutes to anyone who requests it. PARAGRAPH. Any owner who is denied a copy of the minutes may file a complaint with the Municipal or District Mayor or their delegate, who will order the delivery of the requested copy under penalty of police sanction.
