Chamorro Dessert Bunelos Aga banana donuts

Hafa Adai! This video is showing how to make one of my favorite desserts from Guam. Do you like bananas?! Cuz if that's a yes...then you're gonna love this!! Hope you enjoy this video and just as importantly, hope you enjoy the donuts (when you make them!! 😉😄) Here is the basic recipe: 7 bananas (ripe) 1 egg 3 tablespoon milk 1 1/2 cups flour (up to a cup more) 2 tsp baking powder (up to a tsp more) 1/2 cup sugar (can add or lessen to your liking) oil (for frying) Directions: mash bananas and then add milk and egg; add flour/baking powder/sugar Make sure batter is thick enough to fall of the spoon. Heat oil to just about medium heat. Test oil by either measuring heat (300*) or placing spoon (with a little batter on it) in the oil to see how quickly it bubbles. Place by the spoonful of batter into fryer and cook until golden brown. #chamorro #guam #pacificislander #hafaadai
