In Acts 28, Paul survives a violent storm and a shipwreck—only to be bitten by a snake while gathering wood for a fire. But instead of allowing one more unexpected problem to stop him, Paul shakes it off and keeps moving forward. The snake bite could not cancel what God had already promised.
