I have implemented a 3 strikes rule. After the 3rd “bad experience” I now take over the table to ensure the guest is having the best experience possible. This has become a great thing for us. After I take the table over they have zero room to complain. When they do try I’m able to let them know in the moment they’re wrong and everything was done to our standards. Some of them haven’t returned and we are not mad about it.
