Solo European Trip: 7 Countries, 10 Cities – This is Day 3 of my Paris adventure! 🇫🇷 EP.3 Today, I planned to spend the whole day walking without relying on trains. Starting from Montmartre, I hiked up to see the Sacré-Cœur Basilica, the white basilica on a hilltop offering a free panoramic view of almost the entire city of Paris. Along the way, I experienced the real city atmosphere – small alleys, cafes, and the lives of people, not the typical tourist side. Then, I traveled to the Arc de Triomphe, an important historical symbol of France, another magnificent and beautiful landmark in Paris. Even though my body eventually gave up and I had to take the train, this walking experience allowed me to see Paris from a different perspective and was truly worthwhile. I ended the day by relaxing in a park, soaking up the chill Parisian atmosphere.
